• Do you offer dry cleaning?

    We do stain and spot treat when you tell us, but we are not a dry cleaning service. 

  • Can I drop my clothes off anytime?

    We have employees on stand-by ready to meet you Monday - Sunday 9am - 8pm but feel free to call in advance.

  • What kind of Detergent do you use?

    We use all premium detergents including Arm & Hammer plus Oxiclean, Hypoallerfenic ECOS (scent free), Dreft, and Downy April Fresh.

  • Do you treat spots?

    Yes, we do. Please place all stained clothing in the seperate bag and let us know by including a note in the bag and we’ll do our best to get it out. While we’re usually successful at removing stains, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get it out. If you can pretreat the stain before putting the garment in the bag, it will increase the odds of success.

  • Do you offer hang drying?

    Yes and 5 hangers are included with each order.  Additional hangers are $0.75.

  • Do you offer Marie Kondo Style folding?

    Yes, it is $2.00 more per lb.

  • What if I'm not home will they still pick up my order?

    Yes, just bag it up and leave it on your door-step.

  • What happens if you lose/damage garments?

    While we are known for our high quality care, mistakes can happen. If we lose or damage an article please notify customer service within 48 hours of the laundry being returned to you.

  • Do you offer tailoring?

    No.

  • Do you check pockets?

    No, you are responsible for making sure all items are removed. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged. Items like pens and gum etc can damage clothing.

  • Can I get my clothes air dried?

    Yes, but please keep in mind since we have 24 hour laundry turnaround time, some clothes will be returned damp.

  • What is the turn around time?

    24 hours, but we do offer same day for an up charge.

  • Will my clothes be washed or dried with another customers clothes?

    No. We wash and dry our customers’ laundry individually in separate machines.

  • Is there a delivery charge?

    We use on-demand delivery services like doordash for maximum convenience and efficiency. We pass thru their direct costs and do not charge anything additonal. As additional gratitude, we do provide a small credit toward these services if you decide to use them :).
